Personnel revisions

TOYOKEIKI Co., Ltd. (Matsumoto city, President and CEO: Yasuhide Tsuchida) held the shareholder’s meeting and the board of directors. It conducted the election of directors in order to reinforce management personnel.

These meetings appointed Yasumasa Tsuchida (Chief of production department, Executive secretary) as representative executive director, and we have had two representative directors since then. Also, it appointed Fumitaka Fukushima (Manager of R & D laboratory) and Takafumi Nihonmatsu (Submanager of sales department) as a director.

TOYOKEIKI will contribute the advance of society through measuring technological advancement and enhancement of the measuring values, so management team and other members will continue to work hard together.

For your information, former executive director Hisao Kobayashi was appointed to Special Adviser, former director Katsunori Seki was appointed to Senior Advisor and former director Takashi Komatsu was appointed to Advisor in June 30.
