TOYOKEIKI Co., Ltd. will hold the 42nd Tokeikai in 11 regions, starting with the Kanto Tokeikai on March 1st.
For a special guest at Kanto Tokeikai, we invite Ms. Sayuki Yamane, a senior researcher at NIKKEI BP Intelligence Group and the founding editor-in-chief of "Nikkei Energy Next". She will give a lecture titled "Understanding the current and future of energy business in turbulent times".
Ms. Yamane joined Nikkei BP in 2002 after completing her studies at Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology's Graduate School of Engineering. She covered and wrote about deregulation of telecommunications as a reporter for " Nikkei Communication," and since 2007 has covered "environmental booms" such as global warming, in the editorial department of "Nikkei Ecology." Since 2010, she has been in charge of energy and manufacturing industries such as automobiles in the editorial department of “Nikkei Business”. Also having served as the editor-in-chief of " Nikkei energy next" since its launch in January 2015, she has abundant of knowledge about energy issues.

“A complete guide: the best electricity power procurement to reduce costs and successfully introduce renewable energy” (Co-author, Nikkei Business Publications, Inc.).
Her lucid talks have been well-received. She has appeared on many TV and radio programs in Fukuoka Prefecture.
Let's look forward to a lecture by Ms. Yamane, who is well versed in energy and environmental issues.
At the seminar, TOYOKEIKI Co., Ltd. will give research reports, titled “Enhancing the Value of Metrology: A Review of 41 Years of Tokeikai” by Yasuhide Tsuchida, Chairman, and "Realization of Gas Super Smart Society" by Yasumasa Tsuchida, President.
We will provide case studies of management simulations associated with the rate system transitions, using the data presented at Tokeikai over the past 41 years, as well as the data on switching from electric to gas energy.
We will also present examples of digitalization of business management, such as "Gas Look" service utilizing TOYOKEIKI’s communication device “IoT-R” which has been sold over 3.5 million units and is steadily spreading.
Moreover, new technology that enables automatic meter reading of kerosene meters using IoT-R will be introduced.
