Second Stage: After Headquarters Relocation (1990-)

1990 September The company’s location moved (in Matsumoto Rinku Industrial Park).

October TOYOKEIKI jointly developed an electronic water meter.
1992 October TOYOKEIKI developed a Handy meter reading system for water meters.
1993 August TOYOKEIKI developed a radio communication system for water meters and LPG meters (the first manufacturer in Japan).
September North Kanto branch office and West Kansai local office were established.
December Yokohama business office was established.
1994 February TOYOKEIKI acquired ISO 9001.
1995 August LNG meter “N” series received Type approval.
1996 April Ministry of International Trade and Industry (now METI) gave Designated Manufacturing Business Operators of hot-water meters to TOYOKEIKI.
August Ministry of International Trade and Industry gave Designated Manufacturing Business Operators of LNG and LPG meters to TOYOKEIKI (it was the first designation of the gas meter manufactures).
1997 August Ministry of International Trade and Industry gave Designated Manufacturing Business Operators of water meters to TOYOKEIKI.
1999 March TOYOKEIKI developed a PHS transceiver “PHS-R II”.
October “Home Net Ansin Co., Ltd” was established.
November “TOYOKEIKI Multi Center” was established in the company’s headquarters.
2000 February TOYOKEIKI and Air Water Co., Ltd conducted joint development of Hybrid Counter “HyC-5”, which collects meter reading data separately according to usage time and purpose of use (it was the first device in Japan).
April TOYOKEIKI began to sell “Emergency Warning Issuance Device” for seniors.
October Koyacho in Wakayama prefecture adopted an AMR system for water meters called “Rindow”.
November TOYOKEIKI acquired ISO 14001.
2001 March TOYOKEIKI and Okaya Sanso Co., Ltd conducted joint development of a monitoring system for an LPG bulk storage tank.
October TOYOKEIKI developed an IP Transceiver, which Supports CATV.
2002 April President and CEO Tsuchida awarded the prize for Science and Technology in Science and Technology Promotion Category, of the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. Development of Built-in Electric Motor Valve Gas Meter was highly accepted.
April TOYOKEIKI applied for “type 2 telecommunications carrier (now this classification was eliminated)” to meet requirements mandated by Article 2 Telecommunications Business Act.
April To meet requirements mandated by new water quality criteria for “lead”, TOYOKEIKI developed a water meter made of “Lead Free New Material”.
2003 July TOYOKEIKI developed a specified low power radio for widespread areas “MU-05W”.
2004 February Akita business office was established.
April Bureau of Waterworks, Tokyo Metropolitan Government asked TOYOKEIKI to develop “Water Use Survey System”, and we put it into effect.
2005 February TOYOKEIKI developed a separate measurement instrument by time and application for LNG "HyC-XP".
May Exhibition room for measurement instruments were established.
October Okinawa business office was established.
October TOYOKEIKI developed three Micom meter“Type PR” of “S” series for LPG.
2006 April Morioka business office and Sapporo branch office were established.
September TOYOKEIKI developed an Electric bill presentment and payment (EBPP) system for LPG.
2007 July The number of customers of centralized monitoring service “TOYOKEIKI Multi Center” surpassed 50,000.
2008 February TOYOKEIKI performed a survey of “New business model for LP gas in the era of ubiquitous computing and evaluation analysis” and made a report on that as “Structural Reform Assistance Project” conducted by METI in 2007.
April Tohoku branch office, South Tohoku branch office, Shikoku branch office were established.
2009 February TOYOKEIKI began to sell the system for management concentration of gas, water, electricity, “Eco One System”.
July TOYOKEIKI began to sell a Photovoltaic generation systems.
December Saitama branch office and Ibaraki business office, Tochigi business office were established.
2011 November TOYOKEIKI began to sell accumulated calorimeters.
2012 January The backup server of “TOYOKEIKI Multi Center” was built, and it began as the second “Multi Center”.
March Our product “Savor Pro” won the Technology Award of The Japan Gas Association.
July TOYOKEIKI began to sell “ultrasonic wave gas meter”, “Wireless meter reading system by tablet PC”.
2013 April TOYOKEIKI began to sell Electricity, Gas and Water HEMS (Home Energy Management System).
2014 March TOYOKEIKI started the sales of “Smart Cloud One Pack”.
October TOYOKEIKI started the sales of “Gas Navi”.
November TOYOKEIKI opened Toyo Measurement equipment history museum in Uzuhashi, Matsumoto City.
2015 July TOYOKEIKI started the sales of “SARPCO”.
2016 March TOYOKEIKI started the sales of “Rate integration support software”.
May TOYOKEIKI started the sales of “Touch Metering”.
September TOYOKEIKI started delivering TD-13 (water meter) to the Philippines.
2017 January Developed Prepaid Gas Meter for Bangladesh market and received an order of 60,000 units from Natural Gas Company in Bangladesh.
March Received an order of 210,000 Pre-Paid Gas Meter from Natural Gas Company in Bangladesh.
September TOYOKEIKI started the sales of the support system for elderly people “ASA system - KIZUKI”.
December TOYOKEIKI was selected as “Local Economy Driver” which is one of the leaders of local economic growth.
2018 June TOYOKEIKI won “Japan Gas Agency Technology Grand Award of 2018” with “Saver Pro”.

TOYOKEIKI developed and started sales of “IoT-R”, the first communication terminal in Japan using LTE Cat.M1.
2019 February TOYOKEIKI started the demonstration experiment of smart meters with Matsumoto City Waterworks and Sewerage Bureau.
April TOYOKEIKI started the demonstration experiment of smart meters with Osaka City Waterworks Bureau.
October TOYOKEIKI launched energy visualization service "Gas look".
TOYOKEIKI launched "Delivery Navi App", a delivery optimization information service.
November City of Yokohama Waterworks Bureau started smart meter model business.
2020 March TOYOKEIKI built a new repair factory for gas meters (Factory No. 4) on the premises of its headquarters’ office.
July Start delivering emergency generator “ELSONA”.
August Accumulate sales of "IoT-R" reached 500,000 units.
TOYOKEIKI renewed its Multi Center. It built equipment for managing 3 million customers.
December TOYOKEIKI acquired the international ISMS standard "ISO / IEC 27001" at TOYOKEIKI Multi Center in order to improve security and handling information / data.
2021 January Received an order of 120,000 Pre-Paid Gas Meter from Natural Gas Supply Company in Bangladesh.
April Started “Gas Prepaid Service” for Japanese Market for complete collection of payment.
May Accumulate sales of "IoT-R" reached 1 million units.
June TOYOKEIKI changed its management to the new system that appoints Yasuhide Tsuchida as chairman and Yasumasa Tsuchida as president.
July Start delivering portable emergency battery “VOLTANK”.
November Released Web Water Consumption Monitoring Service, “Mizu-Look”.
Accumulate sales of “IoT-R” reached 1.5 million units.
2022 February TOYOKEIKI developed "Multi Data Junction (MDJ)" to facilitate data linkages between various LPWA communication standards and the data center.
March TOYOKEIKI newly built a factory for water meter mass production (Factory No. 5) on the premises of its headquarter.
"Emergency Safety Call Service" for night/weekend started at TOYOKEIKI Multi Center.
June Accumulate sales of “IoT-R” reached 2 million units.
July TOYOKEIKI launched "Gas Pressure Remote Monitoring System" compatible with LTE transmitter.
December Accumulate sales of “IoT-R” reached 2.5 million units.
2023 February Signed an agreement regarding naming rights, as a naming rights partner of Matsumoto City. (For four years from April 1st , 2023 to March 31st , 2027)
April Received an order of 100,000 Pre-Paid Gas Meter from Natural Gas Supply Company in Bangladesh.
August Accumulate sales of “IoT-R” reached 3 million units.
September TOYOKEIKI Multi Center has received cumulative total of 3 million reports.
